Aaliyah yawned as she walked towards the Common Room from the Girls Dorm room. The Slytherin Six year grumbled under her breath as she threw herself onto the leather couch and stared around her. Most of her year mates seemed to still be sleeping but that was no surprise, it was, after all a Saturday, which meant a whole day off. She sighed and closed her eyes.

Aaliyah Night sighed as she walked along the beach at La Push, it's been a few weeks since she came to La Push. Her parents had just uped and left one morning while she was at school and when she came back she just found a note and a check for 100,000 dollars on the desk. The note explained to her nothing except that they couldn't take the Forks town anymore. As if that explained something to her. It made her furious and angry at what her parents did, just leaving her at Forks while they went off god-knows where. Thankfully she had friends that were willing to take her in. Currently she was living with Embry and his mother but she really didn't want to impose that much on them, even though she time and time again complained about how she should find her own house, Embry's mother refused to budge and so she got un-officially adopted into Embry's family. It was a nice change for her and she enjoyed spending time with Embry and his mother but sometimes she missed her own parents.
 
Another sigh escaped her lips as she sat down on the sand and looked out into the sea, letting a soft smile cross her features. Despite her wanting to demand answers from her parents as to why they left her, Aaliyah wouldn't change this for the world.

Carlisle Cullen frowned at the paper work he had. It was tough being the only one in the family who had tons of paper work to do, including finalizing his divorce from Esme. His wife, ex-wife now, of around 90 or so years was found by him to be cheating on him with a nomad.
 
Carlisle knew for years that somehow he and Esme were not meant to last for years and he was somehow glad to be rid of her now. He sighed deeply and continued to work.

Aaliyah sighed as she walked along the sandy beach, looking around. Earlier that day she saw the Black Pearl, meaning that one Captain Jack Sparrow was there. It's been a few months since she last saw him, she thought with an amused smile and this time she wondered if she'd be able to join Jack and his crew.

Aaliyah sighed as she stepped into the crime lab, letting out a soft yawn as her heels clicked against the polished floor. She sat down by the table and waited for the rest of the team to get it. There were already a few there, looking over some details of their latest case but the one person she wanted to see wasn't there yet.
